We verify the requester is authorized to act on the relevant tenant or account before processing deletion. Additional information may be requested through secure operator channels.
Deletion handling process
Verified requests are queued for review, scoped to applicable systems, and executed according to retention rules and legal holds. Processing status is tracked internally until completion.
Confirmation method
Confirmation is provided through the same authorized contact channel used for the request once deletion or applicable retention actions are complete.
Deletion scope and exceptions
Deletion applies to personal data within systems operated for the verified tenant or account, subject to legal holds, regulatory retention requirements, aggregated or anonymized records, and backup cycles that expire on schedule.
Processing timeframe
Verified deletion requests are acknowledged promptly and processed within a reasonable operational timeframe, typically within thirty days unless law or complexity requires extension. Requesters are informed if additional time is needed.
