Acceptance of terms
By accessing Thara AI Core, Thara OS Enterprise Operations, or published compliance pages, you acknowledge these terms. Authorized operators and users must comply on behalf of their organization.
Controlled-readiness status
Thara is operated under staged readiness gates. Features, channels, and production activation are enabled only after explicit acceptance checkpoints. This site does not claim general availability or production readiness.
Acceptable use
Authorized users must comply with applicable law, messaging provider policies, and tenant agreements. Abuse, unauthorized data collection, or interference with platform security is prohibited.
No guarantee of production availability
No statement on this site guarantees uninterrupted service, full channel integration, or production availability before formal product acceptance and operator authorization.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Thara and its operators provide the platform on an as-available basis during controlled readiness. Liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unauthorized or non-production use.
External provider channels
Use of WhatsApp, Meta, and other third-party messaging or infrastructure providers is subject to those providers' terms, policies, and acceptable-use rules in addition to these terms. Authorized enterprise channel use does not imply unrestricted consumer messaging.
Suspension or changes
Access may be suspended or modified for security, policy, legal, or readiness reasons. These terms may be updated to reflect operational or regulatory requirements. Material changes are reflected on this site.
